Major Transformation Projects:

Defined and implemented a Global Finance and Human Resource ERP strategy for a $14B services company that drove margin improvement, scalability and global analytics of KPIs.
Implemented ERP global supply chain demand and supply planning projects in Singapore, Belgium and the U.S. for a large pharmaceutical company.
